The Bill (Reg.№4198) envisages the new revision of the Law "On System of Social Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine" under the title "On Social Broadcasting of Ukraine" determining of the tasks, management bodies ands peculiarities of the activity.
According to the Bill the chief tasks of the social Broadcasting of Ukraine are: complete and neutral informing of the audience on events of social value in Ukraine and abroad, facilitation of the consolidation of the Ukrainian society through the international and interconfessional understanding etc.
The Bill envisaged the editorial independence of Social Broadcasting of Ukraine. It is considered as the state organization formed by the Cabinet of Ministries of Ukraine.
